Our Team

Our staff members all bring a wide range of experience and skills to the National team. Each person comes highly qualified for their particular area and everyone on our staff demonstrates a dedication to customer services and quality performance.

Nationals’ executive team brings a cumulative of over 100 years of facility service experience to our company. Our executives are highly trained individuals who continue to involve themselves in the day-to-day operations of the company in order to best manage their staff and serve our clients. Our operating team is more directly involved in customer services and handling our accounts, as well as working with individual cleaners.

Our executive team:

Peter Cain, Vice President of Franchise Development and Operations
Mr. Cain has been a part of the building service industry for over 25 years. He has been National’s general manager since April 2009. He was the regional manager of our Eastern, WA operations from November 2007 to April 2009.  From 1984 to 2007, he held various management positions at American Building Maintenance in Spokane, WA and Seattle, Washington.

Greg Davis, Regional Director, Bellevue
Mr. Davis has worked in the commercial building service industry in the Pacific Northwest for over 27 years.  Prior to joining National’s executive branch in 2011, Mr. Davis he held various management positions with ABM Janitorial Services in their Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma and Regional offices from 1984 to 2000.  From 2000 to 2011, he worked as the Director of Business Development for a locally owned company based in the Puget Sound region.

Gregg McDonald, Regional Director, Portland
Mr. McDonald was a district manager for our predecessor, National Maintenance Contractors of Oregon, Inc., from April 2002 to April 2006. In July 2006, he became the General Manager of our Oregon operations.

Jesse Wilmore, Human Resources and Director of Safety Compliance
Mr. Wilmore was hired as National’s human resources manager in August 2006.  From 2008 to 2010 he served as the Operations Manager, and currently serves as the Human Resources manager as well as the Director of Franchise Relations and the Director of Safety Compliance.
