How We Clean


Franchisee System or Janitorial Employees.....

National awards janitorial franchises to individuals interested in becoming independent business owners. Each business owner (franchisee) chooses the appropriate franchise size according to his/her needs and abilities. Each franchise is awarded in compliance with laws and guidelines set forth by the Federal Trade Commission.

National’s success stems from our unique franchisee system. This proven system provides customers with a stable work force of committed janitors, who have a vested interest in the service they provide. National’s retention rate for janitors is far above industry average and as a result can provide its customers with more consistency and security.

 
Additionally every franchisee (and franchisee employee) is required to pass an extensive training program before being assigned to any part of a cleaning account. Once an individual has passed the initial training program he/she is assigned a building or a portion of a building. National then oversees on-site training, monitors periodic work, and ensures service quality.

National also provides employee janitors when specific hours of coverage are required, such as day porter work or when a customer has a unique need for employees only in their building.

National offers specialty crews, who have had many years of experience, to do the high-skilled jobs including the following:

National maintains a reserve capacity of workers to cover the additional and emergency work that frequently is required in the fast-paced property management environment. Many of our franchisees also have additional trained manpower that can be called in on short notice.
