NMC offers janitorial, security, building maintenance, and specialty property services throughout the Pacific Northwest. The majority of our cleaning is done by our franchise owners, who have a vested interest in the accounts they service. Quality, Safety, and Training
NMC enhances the benefits of the franchise system by supporting our franchisees with staff positions. All our operations coordinators and executives are NMC employees, which ensures that our quality, safety, and training standards are consistent enterprise wide. We also have specialty crews on staff to perform additional services; a network of hourly employees who are available to fill in if they are any absences; and local offices staffed with support roles, such as HR specialists and administrative coordinators. The end result is a dedicated, invested workforce that provides our clients with consistent quality services.
